Instead, we worked together to develop a transgender theory, which attempts to understand the gendered social world that marginalizes gender variance.

"Perspectives on Whiteness in the Queer Community" - An informal panel on different perspectives of whiteness in queer communities; includings questions around community and recognition, privilege and white consciousness in a queer context.

“Taking Action… Defining the Problem and Creating Solutions Within Our Reach” – An interactive workshop focused on taking action on issues of white supremacy (racism). Oftentimes we struggle to figure out what we can do as white people; the workshop focused on practical thinking about how and why it is important to think about these issues, not just for others but for ourselves as well; and then to think about practical steps that each one of us can take.
